Forget Lonzo and fultx. THis kid is perfect for Lakers. between Ivica, randle, ingram, Josh, we don't have to worry about cover anybody except russell. Defense is on a locked down LOL. Ingram, russell, josh cover 3 points leave ivica and randle to punish people inside with their beast mode.

I gotta say Josh Jackson reminds me more of Kawhi Leonard. Two way players are hard to find and often overlooked in NBA drafts.

  • Chris Allen

And we forget that he's had to take on more of the PF role when our other 5-star, Azubuike went down......This team turns frightening when you think about adding back a healthy 6'11 tree trunk to the defensive ranks....

Barbecue chicken 🍗 everywhere. 😳 Maybe his best game of the year so far. He was doing it all this game. The handle and step back three were looking sharp.

I would really like to see UCLA vs Kansas in a game. I think that would make one heck of a matchup.

Josh Jackson will make a great complimentary player in the NBA. I hope he won't be stuck on a team that will require him to put up 30+ a night.

Jean Michael he is going to go to a team that require him to put up 30 + and that's what's gone slow his progression. only a few players to come out of college can handle that pressure and that's why I believe Miles is better cause he is already required to that with Spartans and delivers with no veteran leadership and 2 yrs younger

I think he's a slight upgrade over Jaylen because of his ball handling ability and shooting touch. Both have massive potential though

Josh Jackson more athletic but Miles Bridges more Mentally tough to me, I'll take Miles he could be the next LeBron, Josh Jackson has 4 Seniors and a beast in Frankie Mason to rely on less pressure on his game, Miles Bridges is The Spartans key player and still delivers Miles will win a NBA Title mark my words.

Big Factzz TV Yea rite....Jackson got full package...I seen him throw magic Johnson type assist this year...Bridges a beast tho...I'll even give them number 1 A and B

Too stiff and needs better handles.  Fultz and Lonzo are better.

    • 23TDJ
      23TDJ 3 months ago

xart23x There are a few things you're missing. He doesn't play like Stanley Johnson (while in college) in a few key ways Jackson is taller, more athletic (speed and jumping), handles the ball better, and has great passing vision and passing IQ. So, Jackson handles the ball more and even does PnR as the ball handler and can find people and has shown the ability to get pass defenders and attack the rim. Due to his size, athleticism, handles, passing vision, and defensive and rebounding ability, he has been compared to Kawhi Leonard and Jimmy Butler coming out of college but his ability to shoot and his work ethic in the NBA will determine if he'll develop into a Jimmy/Kawhi like player or a bust.

    • xart23x
      xart23x 3 months ago

He's Stanley Johnson w/ a little more ups.  Both aren't great 1 0n 1 players and that's why Stanley is avg at best in NBA.  Josh needs a pass first pg to excel.  Just watch, overrated.

    • DyLemma
      DyLemma 3 months ago

xart23x you act like he's a pg and idk what you're watching but his moves are nasty. His handles and jumper is nasty like what video are you watching cause I'm watching this dude and he's an animal

Chris Allen Josh Jackson isn't the athlete Wiggins is tho or the post up player two different players

    • Chris Allen
      Chris Allen 3 months ago

Hands DOWN he's a better defender than Wiggins. Like there's no question. Bill himself has said that. And defense is all a mentality. That "you're not getting by me" attitude, is what was touted before he came to Lawrence, and boy are we glad that stuck around when Udoka went down....imagine this team with a body down low to match Swanigan?......scary

    • Creux
      Creux 3 months ago

lol I won't say he's better than Wiggins; I think they're about the same. He's definitely a more developed Wiggins (when both compared as freshman in college)

    • John Something
      John Something 3 months ago

And shooting, and ball handling. He's a better Wiggins. Has that "it" factor too, where he's got the confidence to just shoot it from anywhere and hit it. The confidence in his jump shot improving throughout the year has really been what separates Jackson.

Wiggins may have been better at cleaning up around the basket though. His 2nd jump was so quick, that if he got an offensive rebound, he was putting it back up before anybody could register that he even had the ball.

We need a guy like him in our league he is special very good handles and shooting mechanics. Very good defender. He needs to go #1 I am not a lakers fan but ill watch all of their games if he goes
