Mr ajay kumar pl see the reciepie, not the tapping sound, he is a gunniees record holder, there is no danger in cooking in alumunium cooker, I think this is new to U we are all used to it .

Its very unfortunate to see a man with a PhD in cooking Tapping the metal L addle against the edge of metal in this case it is a a Aluminum cooker. Little realizing the danger to ones health when Microscopic pieces of this cooker/L addle enters the digestive system esp to the Kidney
I love to watch him cooking but hate to see the dangerous style

it says Jaya TV at the bottom left, in indonesia also the word Jaya is very popular in any names, also there was a TV station named Jaya in Indonesia. So it means sanskerta has been spreaded to other parts of asia yes?. by the way awesome biryani!

Chef it looks simple.. but we didn't see / hear how many whistles (how long does it have to cook under pressure?) Rice and mutton have different cooking time in the pressure cooker. Won't the rice be overcooked by the time the mutton is cooked?

INDIAN FOODS IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. WITH ALL OF THOSE INGREDIENTS THEY USE YOU CANT BEAT THEM. IM NOT AN INDIAN BUT I LOVE THEIR FOOD, SPECIALLY CHICKEN/MUTTON BIRYANI, CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA, CURRY, AND OTHER GOOD LOOKING MOUTH WATERING COLORS OF STEWS WHICH I DONT KNOW WHAT ARE THEY BUT TASTE GOOD! SHIT, IM HUNGRY NOW!
